While Alta staff are currently working remotely full-time during COVID-19, we practiced flexible scheduling for work/life balance before the pandemic, including the option to work remotely. While for many of us, it has been challenging to adapt so quickly, especially for people with small children, roommates, tight quarters, etc., I’ve found that everyone is making tweaks and making it work better every week. If we were to continue this for months and even years, I’m sure we could continue to adapt and make it work even better.
